The Trust Fund provides income replacement for Non Occupational Disabilities for both accident and illness. Weekly Wage Replacement provides for income replacement for the first 104 weeks minus the waiting period and EI disability income.

Long Term Disability Benefits wage replacement provides income replacement from the 104th week of your disability until you reach the age of 60.

To be eligible for Long Term Disability Benefits you must have accumulated 4000 hours with a contributing employer in your hour bank from the day your employer first reported your hours.
